Our home base. Timber Creek is rooted in the Heber Valley, and we know its soils, its seasons, its HOAs, and its inspectors. From valley-floor estates to hillside homesites, this is where our relationships run deepest.

Midway
Minutes from our office and home to both of the residences in our portfolio. Midway pairs Swiss-village charm with some of the most beautiful homesites in the state — meadows, water, and straight-on views of Timpanogos.
Local building notes: geothermal activity and pot-rock soils in certain areas call for careful geotechnical work and foundation design — we've built on them successfully.
Park City
Ryan managed luxury home construction in Summit County and Park City before founding Timber Creek. Mountain resort building is its own discipline — steep sites, design review boards, and a compressed building season.

The Wasatch Back
From Charleston to Kamas and the communities between, we build across the Wasatch Back's luxury corridors — including private golf and ranch communities where builder reputation matters at the gate.
Local building notes: each community carries its own architectural guidelines and approval process. We manage HOA and design-review submissions as part of pre-construction.
