Ryan's Story
Ryan is the founder and principal owner of Timber Creek Custom Homes. Before he ever managed a luxury build, he did the work with his own hands — foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and roofing.
He paired that field experience with a Real Estate Finance education and years in banking and mortgage — then spent years managing luxury home construction in Utah County and Summit County, including Park City, before founding Timber Creek in the Heber Valley he calls home.
That combination — hands-on trade experience, financial fluency, and luxury homebuilding management — is rare in this market. It means the person guiding your project understands both what your home costs and why, and exactly how it should be built.
